  • Submitted Content — Coaching responses, worksheet answers, reflections, uploaded files, messages, testimonials, survey responses, and assessment inputs.

  • Media & Event Data — Photos, videos, event images, guest contact information, image delivery information, and event interaction data.

3. How We Use Information

  • Deliver programs, coaching, consulting, events, and services

  • Process payments and manage accounts

  • Send onboarding, service, support, and administrative communications

5. AI, Analytics & Behavioral Data

We may use analytics, automation, and internal tools to understand engagement, improve services, personalize experiences, and support operational delivery.

We do not sell personal data for AI training purposes.

User data, submitted content, and Company materials may not be used to train, fine-tune, or improve third-party artificial intelligence systems without express written permission.

Participation in our services does not grant ownership rights in Company intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, teach, repurpose, commercialize, scrape, upload, or use Company materials to train AI systems or develop competing products, services, programs, or frameworks.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers that support business operations, including:

  • Payment processors

  • CRM and automation platforms

  • Email and SMS providers

  • Website hosting providers

  • Analytics and advertising platforms

  • Scheduling and event platforms

These providers may only process information as needed to support our services.

For Flash of Fortitude™ events where minors may be present, the event host is responsible for obtaining any required parent or guardian permissions.

  • Opt out of marketing communications

  • Withdraw consent where applicable

This addendum applies to users who engage with The Power Pivot Experience™, including coaching programs, digital courses, assessments, workshops, downloadable tools, community features, and related content.

We may collect coaching-related and developmental information, including:

  • Personal reflections

  • Worksheet responses

  • Assessment and diagnostic inputs

  • Coaching goals

  • Progress tracking

  • Course engagement

  • Module completion data

  • Comments, feedback, and discussion participation

  • Deliver coaching and development services

  • Personalize your learning experience

  • Recommend next steps, tools, or programs

Coaching & Group Confidentiality

We respect the personal nature of coaching and development work. We do not publicly disclose identifiable coaching responses, reflections, or personal stories without permission. For group programs, participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of others. The Company cannot control or guarantee the conduct of other participants.

Recordings

If coaching sessions, workshops, or trainings are recorded, notice will be provided. Recordings may be used for participant access, internal training, quality improvement, or program delivery unless otherwise stated.

IP & AI Restrictions

The Power Pivot Experience™ materials are proprietary to The Fortitude Factory LLC. You may not copy, teach, distribute, commercialize, upload into AI tools, use for AI training, or convert program content into derivative frameworks, products, or services without written permission.

This addendum applies to clients, hosts, guests, and participants who engage with Flash of Fortitude™ photo booth, media, event, and guest experience services.

15. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our websites, services, programs, or communications after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
